Ho conosciuto questo ristorante su Instagram, sono rimasta colpita dalle pizze gourmet di Christian Aprile, e capitando in vacanza ad Acciaroli ho prenotato un tavolo per due da lui. Che dire? Avevo aspettative altissime, che sono state piacevolmente soddisfatte. Dagli antipasti al dolce, all' amaro alla mela annurca, non ho trovato un difetto. I prezzi sono leggermente più alti della norma,ma la qualità si paga. La lievitazione della pizza era qualcosa di perfetto. Il gusto del pomodoro cotto al forno, dei pomodorini confit e dell' origano rosso penso non me lo scorderò per parecchio tempo. I dolci poi. ..ho preso un babà semifreddo al cioccolato bianco e rum, mio marito un cannolo ripieno di ricotta di bufala e fico caramellato. Spaziale! Il servizio molto professionale. High quality ingredients, unqiue pizza creations which you have to try. The award winning "Reginella" with it's crust filled full of buffalo's ricotta is unforgettable. The staff and the owners are very welcoming and professional. Don't be discouraged by negative reviews. Most of them are irrelevant. It's a neapolitan style pizzeria with super soft dough. Highly advised.

Very unique experience. The pizzas were delicious but also very different when compared to any other we've tried in Italy. I tried the contest awarded pizza and it was great, Christian also recommended us some starters and the wine and it was an ace choice. The price was also great for the quality. Bravo ragazzi!
